What you’ll do: As an editor, you will be responsible for every step of the publishing process. These job duties include working directly with writers to plan and edit content for digital and online publication.

What you’ll do: As a communications specialist, you will be responsible for being the face of the company. As a very important key player within the company, you will be front and center in communicating to the public, as well as utilizing all internal mediums.
What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, English, or business.
Public relations specialist
What you’ll do: As a public relations specialist, your role is to maintain a healthy, positive public image for the company. The main task for this public relations candidate will be to create brand awareness and public perception of your company. A journalism background will help prepare you for the constant direct interaction with journalists and the public that will be necessary.
What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree is the baseline, but we would prefer you to have completed an internship.
What you’ll do: The role of a content marketer is highly centered around strong writing skills. A content writer is utilized in creating videos, articles and images based around a specific deadline. You will be selling brand awareness while creating a sense of community between readers and new audiences. Additional tasks vary from creating emails, social media posts and anything else considered communication of the company.
What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree
Social media specialist
What you’d do: As a social media specialist, you will be responsible for communicating our brand to the public through platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. to build a favorable reputation as well as to engage our new audience. You will also review data and analytics to see where we are and how we can improve our company’s social shareability.
What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree is required for this position, but you’ll also need a strong understanding of social media platforms and networking tools.
